You can register your return via this link. To register your return, you’ll need the postal code of the delivery address and the order number. An order number will always begin with the letters ORD-C.

When registering your return, you can choose any of the following carriers: Austrian Post, bpost, Colissimo, Correos, DHL Benelux, DPD, DPD Austria, DPD FR, PostNL, or UPS.

Packing your return

We ask you to return the product in its original state. For example, don’t use the box of the skates itself as the box for your return, but place them in the original packaging we sent you, before returning. In this way we can still make other costumers happy with the product, without it being covered in shipping stickers and tape. We thank you in advance.

We aim to process your return as fast as possible. This means you will receive your refund within 1 or 2 working days after we have received your return.

The shipping costs you have made as costumer will be deducted from the refund of your return, unless you keep a part of the order that you don’t return.

The return costs will be deducted from the amount of money we will refund you.

We offer the possibility to exchange. It’s possible that we don’t have a product in stock. If this is the case, we will contact you.

Why is there no pre-printed label in the box?

We try to reduce the wastage of paper as much as possible. Every pre-printed label for a costumer that doesn’t return their product, is a waste of paper. Paperless returns are on the rise, to reduce the wasting of paper.
