How do we pay you back?

How we refund you depends entirely on how you paid.

Have you paid with iDEAL? Then we will transfer the payment back to your account. When you have paid with your credit card and you have returned your entire order, we will refund the amount to your credit card. Have you only returned part of your order? Then we transfer the money to your specified account number. If your account number is not known, we kindly ask you to inform us.

Where can I find the status of my refund?

Unfortunately, you cannot find the status of your refund anywhere, but we assure you that the payment has been made within 5 working days after the return has been processed.

I did not receive a refund.

It differs per bank how long it takes before the refund is in your account. We always pay 5 working days after processing the return. Is the amount not yet in your account after 7 working days? Please contact customer service.
